Robin's Cajun Crawfish Pasta


  • 1/2 - 1 can Robin’s Original Crawfish Étouffée
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • Fresh grated Romano parmesan cheese
  • Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Seafood Magic Seasoning
  • TABASCO® Brand Pepper Sauce
  • Fresh parsley
  • Green onions

Melt butter over medium heat, add heavy whipping cream. Season with Chef Paul’s Seafood Magic. Stir until thickened. Add cheese, about 1 cup or more if desired. Stir in Robin’s Crawfish Étouffée.  Adjust seasonings. Serve over your favorite pasta. Garnish with parsley and green onions. Serves 3 entrées, 6 appetizers..
